The 27th album of this artist who discovered the bandolim for himself at the age of six is a pure declaration of love to music.

The major project Pelo Brasil is an interactive multimedia show that will also be released on CD and DVD. During a tour through Brazil Hamilton de Holanda presented a repertoire that is an ode to the country which gave birth to the likes of Jacob do Bandolim, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Tom Jobim, Egberto Gismonti, and Pixinguinha.
“´Pelo Brasil,” explains Hamilton de Holanda, “is basically a Musical journey which encapsulates the most important Brazilian rhythms, like choro, samba, baião, maracatu, bumbameu- boi, chamamé, and moda de viola.” With his 14 original compositions the instrumentalist proves that he has the talent to show the world what Brazil's culture has to offer. As he told the newspaper Correio Braziliense: “I believe that I catch the listener's attention solely with my 10-string bandolim.”
